Studio Policies Overview
Mission
I strive to nurture creative individuals with a passion to achieve excellence in the performing arts. The following policies explain how Holly's Studio runs and what is expected of students and parents. Feel free to contact Holly with any questions or concerns about lessons.

Practice Policy
Students will be expected to work on their lessons outside of class for a minimum of fifteen minutes per day. I will not require you to fill out the practice log attached. I would like students to want to practice and not feel as if it is a forced requirement. However, I may ask a student to log their practice hours if they are not making the appropriate progress.
Absence Policy
If a student must miss a weekly lesson, it can be made up if the teacher is given a 24- hour notice. Failure to notify the teacher within 24 hours prior to missed lesson will result in no make-up lesson.

Weekly Voice Lessons:
30 minutes = $30.00
45 minutes= $45.00
60 minutes= $55.00
Available for the full school year
Monthly Audition Coaching:
45 minutes= $50.00
60 minutes = $55.00
Voice and Acting Coaching's
available for the full school year drop in lessons
Payment information
Weekly and Monthly lessons will require payment in full by the first week of the month. Every week after failure to pay will result in a 10% up charge for every week past pay date. Payments will be accepted by check or Venmo.
Music Purchasing Policy
Students will be required to purchase music for lessons and audition sessions. If this is a concern, please discuss it with me. If I already have the sheet music, I can provide a copy for that specific song if needed.
Practice Policy

Visitor Policy
Zoom Classes: I have a strict no visitor policy. Each class payment will be made for one person per screen. If two students wish to attend a zoom together on one, it is required to have a payment for each student with no additional visitors on screen. Parents may sit in the room with their child if necessary but will not be involved or participate in the lesson, class, or workshop.
In Person: I respect and understand anxiety in young children and adults. If a student feels it is necessary to have a parent with them to ensure comfortability it will be allowed for 2 months as a student is getting used to a new studio. Otherwise parents and siblings may wait in the lobby or waiting area of the studio space.
